PURPOSE

Lake Country Heroes is a charitable account created to assist employees of both the Greene County Sheriff's Office and the Eatonton Police Department who are experiencing unforeseen hardships. This fund relies entirely on donations for its support. When an employee in need is identified, a private meeting is held to gather details and assess their specific requirements. After a final review by either the Sheriff of Greene County or the Chief of the Eatonton Police, funds are provided to the employee.
